Welcome to Saddlebock Brewery, the first production brewery in Northwest Arkansas. We’ve built a state of the art – and environmentally conscious – brewery on our farm in Springdale, Arkansas, on the shores of the scenic White River.

We’re committed to brewing fine, European-style beers, the way beer should be brewed: with the best ingredients, brewed with care in small batches, without artificial ingredients or preservatives. And we don’t rush our fermentation process – because we know that great-tasting beer takes time.

                        Monday-Friday:  3 pm - 8 pm

                        Saturday:  Noon - 8 pm

                        Sunday:  1 pm - 6 pm

Prize winning IPA now on tap!

Tim's prize-winning IPA is now on-tap at the Tasting Room.  It's a GREAT IPA - fresh-tasting and refreshing, with big hops notes.  A portion of the sales of this IPA will go to support FLOPS (Fayetteville Loves Our Premium Suds) - our local home brew club. 

 

The Deck is Open

 

Come out to the Brewery and enjoy the great Spring weather - and a great beer - on our new two-level deck.  Steve says you can see the curvature of the earth from the top deck.  I don't know about that - but I do know you can see the White River, and beautiful Neal's Bluffs.

Spring at Saddlebock Brewery

We've planted the Hops Garden.  We're finalizing plans for a sand volleyball court and horse shoe pit.  And of course, we're brewing up some great spring beers, including our own distinctive Maibock with Sweet Woodruff.  So come out and enjoy springtime at Saddlebock Brewery!
