Hefeweizen

Saddlebock is proud to brew our version of the original wheat beer from Germany – Hefeweizen. This Bavarian style of wheat beer is pale and cloudy. It is bottled and served unfiltered so the yeast used during fermentation is still present. This special strain of yeast contributes unique fruit and spice notes to the aroma and flavor of this complex beer. Enjoy Saddlebock Hefeweizen cold, with a slice of lemon to bring out all of its refreshing flavor.

Dunkelweiz

Rich, dark malt is what gives Saddlebock Dunkelweiz is rich, dark color and robust, caramel flavor. This is a complex and satisfying beer, brewed with the real beer lover in mind. From its dark chestnut color to the complex flavor with hints of caramel and cloves, this is a wonderfully complex and satisfying brew. Steve won a gold medal for his Dunkelweiz in his final home brew competition.

Dirty Blonde Ale

Saddlebock Dirty Blonde Ale is inspired by the great German-brewed Kolsch beer – a true hybrid beer, brewed with ale yeast, but fermented like a lager. The cold temperatures give our Dirty Blonde a refreshing dry quality, while the ale yeast contributes complex fruity flavor and bread-like aroma not normally found in a lager. This is a more subtle brew, with a light malt flavor and a touch of fruit, giving it a unique and refreshing quality, and the perfect beer to pair with food.
